1.What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ’S)?

Due to our specialty in short run orders, we are very flexible in order quantities.

The MOQ we can accept 100-500pcs /order as trial production ,and will charge setup cost for small volume production .

2.What are the roughness grades available for die casting and machining surface?

Die casting process produces smoother surface than other casting processes:

the surface roughness value of die cast part is normally Ra3.2~6.3

the surface roughness value of machined parts is Ra 0.5

3.What Tolerance can you support in your die castings?

We support NADCA standard tolerance for die casting.

4.Can fasteners or hardware be installed on the die casting parts ?

Yes, we can put PEM studs, nuts, Southco fasteners, or hardware like McMaster-Carr components or inserts to the casted parts ,we suggest customers use the equivalent if the quantity is very small to buy in China .
